Hotel Policies
Pets
No pets are usually allowed in the hotel. However, please advise in advance of booking if you wish to bring a pet. You will be required to provide a cage to keep your pet in whilst in the room. Please provide own blankets & pillows for any children using the cot provided for Health & Safety reasons. Thank you.
Check In / Check Out
Check in is between 14.00-22.00.
You must check out by 11:00 hours.
Cancellations
In the event of a no show or a cancellation with less than 48 hours notice prior to the date of arrival, an amount equivalent to 100% of the total booking value will be charged.

We send a confirmation letter with every booking. Credit Card details will be required at the time of booking to secure a reservation. However the card is not charged providing you comply with the cancellation policy outlined in the letter of confirmation.
