Horseheath Point-to-Point
Right across the road from our pub, you’ll find the Horseheath Point-to-Point course, a prestigious equine venue managed by Thurlow Estates. For over forty years, this race-track has provided a fantastic day out for families and equine enthusiasts alike. The Point-to-Point races occur three times a year between January and April, and there’s always plenty of fun to be had, with parking, bookies, a Tote, funfair, and trade stands on-site.
Horseheath also hosts the International British Eventing Trials, attracting competitors from across five counties. After a two-year break, the trials returned in 2021, offering thrilling cross-country action.

Duxford War Museum
Just a short drive from Horseheath, Duxford is Europe’s premier aviation museum and boasts one of the finest collections of military vehicles, tanks, and naval exhibits.
